Consolidated Management Data and Information

We understand the importance of accurate and timely management information. Data collection standards vary enormously around the world especially in terms of accuracy and the methods used to gather information. These can range from the ‘high tech’ or automated solution to the ‘low tech’ or manual solution. In all cases the data must be verified for its accuracy before reports are issued as mistakes can and do happen. Where manual systems predominate, extra time has to be allowed for the data to be processed.

The TSI partner with overall responsibility for the client relationship takes control of all data and the subsequent production of Management Reports. Once a file format has been agreed with the client as to the most important factors for the account, we confirm a reporting schedule. Clearly automation provides the greater levels of efficiency for all concerned.    

Single Point of Contact

TSI offers a single point of contact for the overall management of a multi-national travel account. This would normally be in the country where the client has its corporate headquarters but this policy is not at the expense of local account and relationship management. The two channels of communication work together to ensure local support is always available, as well as providing a high level ‘road map’ to the overall management of the agreement.

The lead partner is responsible for the creation of a business plan and thereafter the effectiveness of the service, monitoring standards, the production of consolidated Management Information, supporting supplier negotiations and the implementation of any improvements. From a customer perspective this means that a comprehensive overview is available to them at all times.

Seamless Reservations Service

TSI partners have access to all major reservations systems (GDS) and have arranged global connectivity to ensure that we can access any reservation at a local level. We can thus offer our clients a seamless approach to reservation changes and amendments. Furthermore, we can give guarantees on the use and application of corporate rate and discount agreements on a local level as long as they form part of the overall client contract.

Best Buy Airfares

TSI partners have locally negotiated air fare programmes which offer substantial discounts to the normal tariff. Typically an airline will offer better fares away from its home market and these rates are not usually available outside the country of origin. We offer our clients substantial savings to support any discount programme they may have in their own right and thus ensure they benefit from the ‘Best Buy’ available.

TSI also has access to international hotel rates and ground transportation.
