How does TSI differ from other networks?

If TSI does not have a partner in a country where we need to support our clients, we find a solution by either: recruiting the best available travel management company in that country or market or work with an existing supplier, as long as they accept our standards, terms and conditions In either case, we find an answer that best suits our client’s needs without imposing a pre-defined solution upon them.

Is there a cost to using the TSI network?

The cost of providing and supporting the network is an investment made by TSI partners to improve their competiveness and efficiency. Depending upon the level of support required, it may be necessary to apply certain costs to a specific service contract e.g. account management time, web site development, bespoke data reporting etc.

These costs will always be highlighted in advance and no solution will be implemented without the client’s prior approval. In our experience, such costs will be minimal in comparison to the savings that will be achieved through an effective and well managed programme resulting in a very attractive return on investment for the client.
