Online bookings solutions

There are numerous online booking solutions used within the travel industry and TSI partners have access to a wide variety of these, including KDS and Cliqbook as well as bespoke in-house solutions to meet the needs of individual markets.

In each of our markets, our TSI partners ensure that they know the objectives of our clients and then access whether an online booking solution matches these needs.  The decision of which online booking solution is presented to our clients depends very much on individual requirements (eg links to travel policy, booking authorisation, expense management or traveller tracking tools).  We are aware that one solution does not fit all our clients and therefore are proud to offer a range of varying online tools.

 

Travel Audit

Quality control and rate checking are paramount to ensuring that our clients achieve cost savings on their overall travel spend.  This process is a continual one which means that bookings are thoroughly checked to ensure our travellers get the best priced itinerary available to them.  In order to confidently manage these bookings, we are proud to offer our clients, TravelAudit which provides an unmatched way to manage cost savings in your travel programme. 

TravelAudit continually audits air, hotel and car reservations to identify savings opportunities within a trip – after booking but before travel commences – to guarantee the best prices.

TSI is a network partnership that focuses on bringing consistency, clarity and standards to the management of travel expenditure across international markets.

Multi-national clients in more than 2 or 3 country locations require a consistent ‘look and feel’ to the service offered to bookers and travellers, irrespective of which country they are based in.  They expect consistent pricing, best in class solutions, consolidated data, single log-in processes, and options to include local and international solutions and of course communicate in their local language where possible.

TSI have developed our own in-house travel portal that is available to our global clients, branded with their own logo and tailored to suite their specific needs.  The portal elements are managed by the local country servicing our client to ensure that local needs are fulfilled under the global service agreement.
